CP :: 충전소와 전기차 간 통신을 가능하게 하는 양방향 통신선이다. 무엇보다도 충전소는 EV에 사용 가능한 최대 충전 전류를 알려줍니다.

The CP is used for communication (exchange of control ­signals) between the EVSE and the EV. 

Using a 1 kHz square wave at ±12 V between the CP and PE line provided by the EVSE, 

the ­amplitude can be ­manipulated by the EV to control charging (PWM ­communication). 

It is also used as a safety function. As soon as the CP connection is interrupted, 

the charging voltage is ­switched off.
