인근 소방서 : (119에 신고하면 전화받는곳)
서울시 재난상황실 : 재난이 발생했다는걸 보고받음 (이딴 보고를 왜 해야하지?)
용산구청 상황실 : 서울시청에서 구청으로 떠넘기는 바람에 여기서 보고받음
서울경찰청 : 소방관들이 교통통제 요청하는데 얼빠진 짭새가 되어버림
★119에 연락해도 소방관들은 윗선에 보고해야하는게 의무사항인가보다
근데 지들끼리 병신짓 하다가 사람 다 죽어남
앞으로 무슨 참사가 일어나도 해결 안됨
