4,5,6 핀들은 3핀센서들 기반으로 이해하면된다. (5번핀이 Signal pin)

1,2번 핀이 각각 TR의 Collector, Base에 해당한다.

3번 핀이 Base에 해당하며 여기에 Pulse를 줘야한다.

10-0.3 = 9.7ms (HIGH일때 시간)
